This course covers the Recruitment & Selection policy that all managers must adhere to. The policy is there to ensure fairness for all candidates but also to protect the Council against any claims of discrimination or bias when recruiting.

This eLearning, along with the 1 day course, is compulsory for all managers before they are able to sit on an interview panel.
