This module aims to raise your awareness of drugs and alcohol looking at recommended guidelines for alcohol consumption, useful tips for cutting back as well as the more common drug types and their side effects and symptoms. We will also provide sources of support for individuals and employers with information on the early warning signs that someone is developing a substance misuse problem and how to deal with it. |
