This course is aimed at staff who are involved in a Business Process Reengineering project. It is useful for everyone involved to undertake this training so that everyone has the same basic knowledge and understanding. You will be guided through the process by a member of the Service Transformation Team who will have a much more in-depth knowledge of how it should work.
