This course is aimed at all managers who carry out Staff Development Reviews (SDR) with their staff. All managers must undergo training before they carry out an SDR. This training can take 2 forms, you can complete this e-learning course or attend the in-house course held once a year in the training room. This piece of e-learning is also intended as a refresher tool for those who have previously completed the in-house course.
