After completing this module you will be able to:

  • Describe what a PDR is
  • Explain why a PDR matters to you, your manager and the Council
  • Describe the process and your role in it
  • Know how to prepare for your PDR
  • Make a full contribution to the PDR meeting and recognise SMART objectives and their benefits
  • Know what activities to undertake to follow up on your PDR
